Our Objective

The passion of MyChoice Networks, Inc. is to engage and compel viewers through the power of the moving image. To accomplish this, MyChoice has designed a multi-network distribution platform for broadcast, narrowcast, digital signage networks and content for mobile devices.

Our Mission Statement

To create multiple revenue streams by becoming the major provider of IPTV-based content worldwide.

The Paradigm Shift

The narrowcasting revolution has begun. MyChoice Networks recognizes that consumers want to watch what they want, when they want, and on whatever device they choose. The concept of "consumer driven content" has already changed the landscape of the music industry. Online services such as Napster and iTunes, together with portable mp3 players, have contributed to plummeting CD sales and failure of many traditional distribution chains. In similar fashion the world of television distribution is bracing for a cataclysmic event.

Bill Gates says that the next generation of interactive television services "completely blows open any of the limitations that channels used to create" and "blows away the previous video platform". (January 5, 2006)

Thus far traditional broadcasters have been slow to react to a change in consumer demands. The industry's business models have not yet adapted to the rapid evolution of technological advancements. Finally, the delivery of video content through IP based systems has created a paradigm shift in which content is the new king and the "choke-hold" of distributors such as satellite providers and cable MSO's has been loosened.

Our Business

The MyChoice Networks solution offers a centralized IPTV platform that distributes diverse niche programming to subscribers utilizing an a la cart pricing structure. This allows us to reach millions of viewers through one distribution system while those same viewers have the advantage of paying only for the content they want to receive.

Our subscribers will make use of a set-top-box and a highly unique interactive remote control unit to receive our programming on any existing television set. We also allow the flexibility of delivering our content to personal computers as well as mobile devices.

Market Potential

Currently there are approximately 65.5 million basic cable subscribers in the U.S., relative to 110.9 million television households. At the same time, according to ComScore Networks, a leader in digital media measurement, in March of 2007 more than 126 million people in the United States viewed more than 7 billion videos online. In addition, eMarkerter, an Internet market research firm, estimated the number of online video viewers in the U.S. will reach 157 million by 2010.

Utilizing the current online video consumption market with an average subscription rate of $29.95 per month, the potential revenue base is over $3.7 billion per month. This revenue base does not include video and music downloads and advertising income. MyChoice Networks' goal is to capture 5% of the U.S. market, and eventually expanding to 1% of the global video consumption market.
